eLN Conference
Beyond ‘click next’… digital learning solutions come of age
11th November 2015
This year The eLearning Network has planned their first one day conference, an event that has a friendly and informal feel and one that focuses on the practice of digital learning. The aim is to get as much active user involvement as possible so that participants go away having experienced a day that is different, a day where they really learned something new!
The day will start with two thought provoking keynote speakers, Clive Shepherd and Pedro de Bruyckere, before branching into three streams that cover the WHY, the WHAT and the HOW of digital learning. Attendants are free to choose which stream sessions to attend, and also free to move from stream to stream during the day.
Netex, one of the sponsors this year, will be showcasing at Stream 1, Strategy and Tactics for Digital Learning, offering a session on “Taking Analytics into the Blend to change L&D People Skills” (3:50 – 4:20 pm) presented by Netex UK Country Manager, Mike Byrne.
“Smart content leads the way in adaptive learning.
Learning Analytics is responsible for interpreting all users’ interactions with the content. This allows you to display relevant information and training to each employee. Smart content extends beyond just recording individual progress. Thus, patterns such as motivation, interest or commitment are now measurable and analysable.”[/vc_column_text][/vc_column][vc_column width=”1/3″][vc_single_image source=”featured_image” img_size=”full” alignment=”center”][vc_column_text]Date
