Gonzalo de la Rosa, HR Director at Cetelem Spain, BNP Paribas Group, has won the “Hudson and ABC’s 8th Annual HR Director Awards” in the category “Companies with less than 1,500 employees” for developing and promoting “Cetelearning” App, created by Netex, one of our most interesting case studies. De la Rosa, who wanted to extend this award to the entire Cetelem HR team, and “Cetelearning” have earned their award after beating six other projects at the finalist stage, all of them signifying the idea of how companies can foster digital innovation to transform the management of people and teams. “Cetelearning” is a learning platform accessible to all employees, offering quality training content in a multimedia and responsive support, which makes content more simple, effective and fun. The employees can choose from a wide range of topics: financial literacy, strategic and personal skills, management, business products, etc. Once downloaded to any of their devices, navigation is completely offline. According to Gonzalo de la Rosa, HR Director of the BNP Paribas Consumer Credit Division, these initiatives offer advantages and opportunities for all Cetelem employees. Thus anyone can have unlimited access to all types of learning, they are the protagonists of their own development. The Hudson and ABC’s Annual HR Director Awards, announced in Madrid last 25th March in its eighth edition, pursue the objective of strengthening the position of Human Resources Departments as an strategic pillar for organisations, rewarding best practices in people and teams management by HR managers. The awards which are honorary, with a jury composed entirely of HR managers, address a different theme each year, this year’s corresponding to the “Digital Innovation in Human Resources”.
