learningCloud has gone another step further after achieving the second prize for this new category Learning Platform of the Year in the The 25th Annual Learning Awards 2021. This becomes the third LPI Award in Netex records as it adds to achieving Silver Award for Innovation in Learning in 2017 and Finalist for Learning Provider of the Year in 2015.
The Learning Platform of the Year Award is designed to recognise the important difference that the right platform can make to an organisation’s people and their performance whilst demonstrating next-gen technology and innovation at its best. learningCloud has demonstrated alignment to clear organisational needs, stakeholder buy-in, learner engagement and adoption, and most importantly, impact on performance and what the platform has helped our client Santander Mexico to achieve.
With over 19,000 employees, Santander Mexico was facing the same challenges that most of the organisations suffer today. Their existing training was mostly reactive, learners were not engaged and the impact of their learning initiatives was not tracked. Their learning platform, although serving the need to deliver learning, was not learner centric. Employees considered the training without a context, too long and not engaging.
The L&D leaders at Santander decided to change that and create an innovative learning strategy focused on creating a learning culture aligned to business requirements and learner behaviour. Academia MX, the L&D department of Santander Mexico, chose learningCloud, an innovative learning platform to achieve the same goals:
- Successful Learner Engagement, Retention and Satisfaction
- Imbibing a Learning Culture at the organisational level
- Go Agile and Be Self-Sufficient
- Measuring and Proving Impact
Developed and hosted exclusively by The Learning and Performance Institute, the Learning Awards is widely regarded as the L&D sector’s premier awards ceremony. The LPI constantly monitors the learning industry and continually adapts the Awards to ensure that success and innovation across all areas of learning are being recognised and celebrated.
