The Learning and Performance Institute (LPI) is thrilled to announce Netex will be delivering one of the Business Solution Workshops at LEARNING LIVE 2016, the annual conference that blends together leading L&D commentators, insightful workshops and a comprehensive exhibition space.
L&D professionals are under even more pressure than ever to deliver engaging learning solutions that deliver impactful business results. But in a world of Facebook, WhatsApp and Twitter, how do you create high impact learning applications which deliver content in the same way as these multibillion-dollar consumer technology apps? In the session Good things come in threes: Gamification, Story Telling and Content Curation (Day 2, 3:45-4:30 pm), Netex UK Director, Mike Byrne, will look at how we can start to re-engage our learners.
During this interactive workshop he will review the importance of a story telling, gamification and content curation in the design of learning programmes. This session will encourage participants to share experiences with fellow attendees, and be used as the official launch event for Learning Stories, the latest application available in Netex’s learningCloud platform.
Leading up to the event Mike Byrne commented: “We are very excited to be running a workshop at Learning Live; it’s a really significant event in the annual L&D professional’s calendar and we are delighted to be taking part this year. We will be officially launching Learning Stories, our latest gamification application, available within our award winning learning platform learningCloud. Our aim is to transform the traditional approach to learning platform design by delivering an application-based, fully interoperable solution for professional learners, that replicates the apps we all use outside of work in our day-to-day lives.”
