Academia MX, Banco Santander México
learningCloud by Netex Learning was implemented to its optimum potential by our customer Banco Santander Mexico “in a remarkable way and the judges loved this great looking solution”. According to the Judging Panel, “there was a clear ROI from the business”, and they also liked that “the L&D department promoted learning in fun and engaging ways”. A brilliant example of the significant difference that a right platform can make in an organisation and impact employees and their performance.
With more than 19,000 employees in Mexico, Santander’s challenges regarding the training of products, services and regulatory compliance raise the need to renew their strategies, adopt efficient practices and implement tools capable of providing flexibility and adaptability. In 2018, L&D leaders created an innovative learning strategy focused on a learning culture aligned to business requirements and learner behaviour. They chose learningCloud, which contributed to helping Academia MX of Santander Bank to achieve their organisational goals.
Presently, users enrolled on the platform include 83% of the total internal employees and around 60% of external employees. The average satisfaction rating by March 2020 was 4.8 out of 5.
Evans Cycles
Moreover, learningCloud was part of a second winning entry, Gold Award for Best Learning Technologies Project in the UK Commercial Sector by Evans Cycles, an outstanding example of how digital learning can really support both people development and business improvement. Evans Cycles made a solid case for how the platform has helped drive improved performance across their retail estate and have plans to develop the platform further to support the organisation moving forward.
Congratulations to Banco Santander Mexico and Evans Cycles!
