The Supervisory Department of BME Growth, BME’s capital market for small and medium-sized growth companies, has agreed that, as from 22 December 2020 inclusive, Netex shares will be traded in “continuous” mode, with an open session period.
This decision is taken in view of the liquidity and spread of the shares, and is a necessary step to accompany the planned expansion strategy.
Until now, Netex was quoted in “fixing” mode, i.e. the securities remained in the auction session for the entire duration, with two closing periods, one in the morning and one in the afternoon. In the “continuous” or “open” mode, securities can be traded throughout the session, depending on the available liquidity of the security.
